When we had our YORK unit installed, a couple of years ago, we did get a warranty. Our unit stopped cooling late on Wednesday night(08/20/25) and the next morning we called Everest for repair. Brad came the following day after hours and replaced the capacitor that had gone out, along with a few other repairs. We are very appreciative of the fast service to honor the warranty, and for the after hours repair. Our house was near 90 degrees inside before repair and Thursday night we were able to sleep in a cool house. Thank you for the quick repair service, from everyone in the household (including the pooches)!
